Ernest Lucky 21st July 2008

I met Dennis when he first arrived in Boston to play for the "Celtics", and we became close friends very quickly. There were times when he was my brother. Other times he was my toughest critic. Especially when I was telling my stories, or should I say my adventures in the Army. There were times of serious talks about our lives and our futures. The times most of all, that will always remain in my heart, were the times that he was my closest friend. I have and will miss him so. I was introduced as a friend to his wife and family and was "Uncle Lucky" to his children. To hang around Dennis one needed to be quick witted and have a great sense of humor. One quickly noticed the relationship between Donna and Dennis and how strong their bonds were for each other. I am so blessed to have developed a friendship with both of them. I could go on and on but I will stop for now. I will miss you Lucky
